Select White Pine
Pine is used because of it's appearance and long history as a proven
window component. |
|
The process begins with rough
lumber |
|
|
|

|
In
the Millwork Department the windows take shape as the lumber is milled to
the different components. The wood is treated and then the parts are
assembled as the final product. Options such as
Brickmould, Jamb sizes, and Operation, are completed at this stage. |
|
In the Glass
Department the sealed units are made in an exacting process. This glass
component is fitted into the frame to complete the window.
Options such as Low "E" and Argon gas are available to improve
the windows thermal efficiency. |
